What we did for them
Health and safety risk assessments
We delivered health and safety risk assessments in Fendi premises to identify potential hazards, evaluate their associated risks, and recommend measures to minimise or eliminate them.
Asbestos management plan
We created a comprehensive plan to define how Fendi manages asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at Fendi Stores and concessions in the UK and Netherlands. This covers various topics, from roles and responsibilities to guidance around creating and maintaining asbestos registers.
Extensive training
We delivered face-to-face and virtual training sessions to Fendi people in the UK and the Netherlands, covering various health and safety subjects, from first aid to dangerous goods. We tailored the content to reflect local regulations.
Legionella risk assessments
We undertook a Legionella risk assessment of the water systems at various Fendi sites. This included reviewing water assets, taking water samples, and recommending routine preventative measures to control the risks of Legionellosis in the building’s water assets.
Emergency response procedures
We developed emergency response plans and collateral for the UK stores to communicate the emergency response procedures for fires, explosions, and bombs, including what to do if a person requires first aid treatment.
Equipment safety checks
We carried out safety inspections on work equipment to ensure it could be operated, adjusted, and maintained safely by Fendi people. This also identified remedial actions to address faulty or ageing equipment.
